We got everything from our holiday from reception to the end of the stay, hotel, people and the beach … everything was amazing. They just try to do their best. I would 100% recommend the place.
The resort is beautiful. Well maintained. Pool cleaned everyday. The people were amazing, kind, thoughtful, helpful. Richard!! The best! Irvine the bell hop so helpful with our luggage!! The food is good, many choices. You will find something that you like. Always fresh fruit and veggies. VIP everything is just a little nicer. My only dislike is that there is a big drop off walking into the ocean and for me I chose this Hotel for the water. I had read on here about the drop off. It is significant. I’m not sure why it’s like that. The water is beautiful! The second problem…which is very common in the Caribbean is air conditioners. We went to 3 rooms until we found one working. There is only one building with elevators. You do have to climb stairs. We did not mind that. I would go back to the hotel. The Nation Park is in walking distance to the hotel. Take along bug repellent. You will get bit. That’s common also.
